Online Chlorine Dioxide Controller Modbus RTU For Drinking Water Treatment
Introduction
Chlorine dioxide sterilization is an internationally recognized high-efficiency disinfectant. Its advantages are high-efficiency and strong sterilization, broad-spectrum and long-lasting, non-toxic substances are generated after use and no pollution to environmental waters.
The ADS2-U3D-CD4.2-AS2/AS3 chlorine dioxide controller is a single-parameter instrument. It is compatible with DRFN's chlorine dioxide sensors. The chlorine dioxide analyzer with AS2 sensor can be used under the temperature of 0-50℃, with AS3 sensor can be used under the temperature of 0-70℃. They both can work under the pressure range of 0 ~ 8 bar.
Advantages Of Chlorine Dioxide Controller
1. Menu password can be set to facilitate hierarchical management;
2. A two-wire RS485 interface, the communication protocol is MODBUS RTU. The chlorine dioxide controller supports JSON text data format.
3. All the configuration entered by the user is kept indefinitely, even if there is no power, the data will not be lost.
4. 128*64 black and white graphic dot matrix screen, and the display backlight provides always on and energy-saving mode selection.
5. It has time and historical data recording functions to meet higher data management requirements.
6. Abundant output meets monitoring, control, and remote data transmission at the same time.
7. Two settable 0/4~20mA active current loop outputs, and each current output allows the user to specify what measurement value it represents. At the same time, each output can define the range of output value corresponding to the maximum and minimum current value by itself, whether it is forward or reverse correspondence, it is all right. For long-distance output, current calibration can be used to ensure the accuracy of the output. The data accuracy of the current is 0.00025 (16 bits), and the maximum load is 1000Ω.

The instrument is used for disinfectant measurement in drinking water, swimming pool and industrial cooling water, water plant effluent and municipal pipe network monitoring.
