Deviation and Factor Calibration

Product Description

Accurate conductivity data starts with accurate calibration. The AEC1-T1 T2 online conductivity analyzer offers both deviation & factor correction and 1~5 point linear calibration, giving users the flexibility to match the instrument precisely to their water samples. After the electrode is connected, the actual cell constant is entered first, then the measurement can be fine-tuned using the EC offset and EC factor, or calibrated against up to five known samples sorted from low to high conductivity.

Because conductivity varies with temperature, the analyzer includes a configurable temperature compensation coefficient and displays every reading referenced to 25 ℃. A separate TDS coefficient allows the meter to convert conductivity into TDS (ppm) according to the user's requirement. With accuracy of ±1% FS for conductivity and ±0.5 ℃ for temperature, plus resolution down to 0.001 µS/cm, the instrument is well suited to demanding pure-water and process-water duties.

The 3.2 inch graphic LCD shows the measurement type, value, unit, relay state, cell constant and current outputs, while NTC10K/PT1000 automatic or manual temperature compensation keeps results stable across -10~+150 ℃. Two SPST relays, two active 4~20mA outputs and an RS485 Modbus RTU interface complete a precise, easy-to-calibrate conductivity measurement solution.

FAQ
Q1: What calibration options are available?

The analyzer supports deviation & factor correction and 1~5 point linear calibration using known water samples.

Q2: How should multi-point calibration be performed?

Prepare 1~5 samples with known conductivity, sort them from low to high, and calibrate from the first point in order, cleaning and drying the electrode between samples.

Q3: Why is temperature compensation important?

Conductivity depends on temperature, so the meter converts readings to a 25 ℃ reference using the settable compensation coefficient.

Q4: Can I display TDS instead of conductivity?

Yes. Set the TDS coefficient and switch the display to TDS; the value is derived from conductivity multiplied by the coefficient.

Q5: What accuracy can I expect?

Conductivity accuracy is ±1% FS and temperature accuracy is ±0.5 ℃, with resolution down to 0.001 µS/cm.
