Product Introduction

 

Conductivity sensor technology is a very important engineering technology research field. It is used to measure the conductivity of liquids. The TDS conductivity electrode mainly monitors industrial production water, human domestic water, seawater characteristics, and electrolyte properties in batteries.

 

DRFN’s ASC200 series TDS conductivity electrode uses a graphite 2-electrode conductivity electrode with a K value of 1. It can be connected with our analog controller to achieve conductivity measurement in the range of 0~20000uS/cm.

 

 

Measuring Principle

 

The conductivity cell of the two-electrode conductivity sensor consists of a pair of electrodes. A constant voltage is applied to the electrodes. The change in the resistance of the liquid in the conductivity cell causes the current of the measuring electrode to change. It conforms to Ohm’s law and uses conductivity instead of resistivity, and uses conductivity instead of resistance in metals, that is, use conductivity and conductance to express the conductivity of the liquid, so as to achieve the measurement of liquid conductivity. DRFN's 2-electrode conductivity electrode ASC200 series uses this measuring principle.
