Online COD Controller For Wastewater And Sewage Treatment

 

Brief Introduction 

 

  • COD (chemical oxygen demand) is often used as an index to measure the amount of organic matter in the water. The greater the COD, the more serious the pollution of the water body by organic matter. Generally, the COD value of clean drinking water is a few to ten mg/L;

  • The DUC2-COD-S-A is a universal controller specially designed for the DRFN digital series of COD sensors and is compatible with all digital COD sensors of DRFN;

  • The COD controller can query the working status of the sensor, including the serial number of the sensor;

  • 2 high-precision 0/4~20mA current outputs with a maximum load of 1000 ohms;

  • 2 settable SPST multifunctional relays with a maximum load of 3A/250V AC;
  • The enclosure protection grade is IP66, can effectively isolate the pollution and corrosive gas from the external environment;

  • The COD instrument has a two-wire RS485 interface, the communication protocol is MODBUS RTU, and supports JSON text data format;

  • The display backlight of this instrument provides a choice of always-on and energy-saving modes, which users can set according to their needs;

  • The connected sensors upload the detected data in a special encrypted communication method to ensure that the DUC controller can collect high-precision data in a more stable manner.
