IP68 Digital pH Sensor with 1 inch NPT and Automatic Temperature Compensation Online pH Probe

The DPH790 digital pH sensor is built for demanding online water quality work. Its durable PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) body and IP68 protection grade allow continuous immersion, making the sensor at home in pipes, tanks, open channels and flow cells. Measuring 0.00~14.00 pH across 0.0~50.0 ℃, it delivers accurate, temperature-compensated readings with automatic temperature compensation and no external transmitter needed.

Installation is intentionally simple. Thanks to 1″ NPT threads at both ends, the sensor can be threaded directly into a process line, a mounting bracket or a multi-parameter flow cell. The compact φ35 mm barrel is only 220 mm long and weighs about 200 g, and the standard 5 m cable (customizable) simplifies wiring to a controller or PLC.

As a digital electrode, the DPH790 outputs over RS485 Modbus RTU with power and communication electrically isolated inside the sensor, ensuring stable performance in electrically noisy plants. Calibration uses zero and slope points at 4.01, 6.86 and 9.18 pH, and the sensor supports solution compensation types for natural water, pure water or other media. Regular maintenance is straightforward: visual inspection and calibration checks monthly, and sensor or seal replacement as scheduled.
