The APX1-C2 pH/ORP controller is a panel-mount online analyzer that converts live pH and ORP measurements into direct action. Equipped with two SPST relays rated 3A 250V AC, it can drive dosing pumps, solenoid valves, alarm beacons, and cleaning systems without any additional control hardware — making it an ideal single-box solution for automated water treatment.

Each relay can be assigned a specific duty through the function menu: main value control, temperature control, periodic wash control. Alarm behaviour is set simply by the On and Off values — when On is greater than Off, the relay acts as a high alarm; when On is lower than Off, it acts as a low alarm. A dedicated wash relay cycles on a configurable schedule, optionally holding the displayed value steady during cleaning.

Beyond relay control, the controller offers two active 4~20mA outputs and an RS485 interface supporting Modbus RTU and JSON, so dosing events and measured values can be logged centrally. With pH accuracy of ±0.02 pH, ORP accuracy of ±2 mV, and NTC10K/PT1000 temperature compensation, it delivers the measurement integrity that reliable automation depends on.
