Designed for harsh environments, this sensor provides a reliable pH measurement solution with a measurement range of 0 to 14 pH. Its robust construction and advanced reference system ensure stable and accurate performance even in highly contaminated and high-temperature applications.

 

Superior measurement technology: The core of this pH electrode is a low-impedance cylindrical glass membrane indicator electrode, designed for fast, accurate readings with minimal drift.

 

It is paired with a highly stable reference system utilizing an Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a proprietary non-porous salt bridge with KCl gel.

 

This advanced design is crucial, as its non-porous structure is particularly resistant to poisoning and contamination, making it ideal for harsh, highly contaminated, and high-temperature media.

 

Built for extreme conditions: This electrode stands out for its exceptional tolerance to operating stresses.

It is suitable for a variety of operating conditions and offers flexible operating pressure and temperature specifications: Low-medium ambient: Continuous operation from 0 to 80°C with a maximum operating pressure of 0 to 6 bar.

High-temperature: Continuous operation from 80 to 100°C for up to 60 minutes.

Custom configurations are also available for more extreme applications: Custom low-medium ambient: Continuous operation from 0 to 100°C.

Custom high-temperature: Continuous operation from 100 to 135°C for less than 60 minutes.

This high-temperature specification is certified for reliable operation for over 40 cycles (tested in clear water).

 

Optimized for moderate flow rates, this electrode operates effectively in sample flow rates from 0.001 m/s to 0.5 m/s.

 

Accuracy and Integration: Key measurement specifications guarantee accuracy and performance: zero point (E0) tolerance of 0.25 pH and slope greater than 95%. This sensor seamlessly integrates into your existing system.
