The dual-channel analog pH and ORP controller is an intelligent analytical control device widely used in water treatment, chemical, food, electroplating and other industries. It can receive two signals at the same time (for example, one group is pH and one group is ORP) for independent or linkage control.

Each channel can be configured with two relays to achieve the following functions:
Set upper and lower limits: When pH/ORP exceeds the set value, the relay will act.
Control dosing pump:
pH is too high → start acid dosing pump;
pH is too low → start alkali dosing pump;
ORP is too low → start oxidant dosing;
ORP is too high → start reductant dosing.
Delayed start/stop pump function to prevent excessive fluctuations.
Linkage control: Linkage start and stop when both pH and ORP exceed the limit.

Control method:
The controller outputs cleaning relay signal → drives solenoid valve/water pump/gas cleaning → rinses electrode
Daruifuno PH ORP controller APX2-PD pH and ORP calibration method
1. pH calibration:
Use standard buffer: pH 4.01, 7.00, 10.01, PH ORP controller produced by our company Daruifuno, the calibration point can be set freely.
Single point calibration: Use pH 7.00 liquid to calibrate the zero point.
Two-point calibration: pH 7.00 and 4.00 or 10.00, calibrate the zero point and slope.
The controller guides the operation, automatically determines stability and stores.
2. ORP calibration:
Use standard buffer, such as +220mV or +470mV.
The calibration process is simple, usually a single point is sufficient.
