The accuracy of the pH electrode depends on two key components: the glass bulb and the junction. The slope, response time and measurement error of the pH electrode are usually determined by the structure, material and processing technology of the two components. The ASP300 series pH electrode developed and produced by Delfino uses a low-impedance hemispherical glass bulb, which has a good response to H+ in the solution. The junction is made of large-area annular porous PTFE, which has a higher flow rate, is not easy to be clogged, and is easy to clean.

The composite electrode is composed of internal reference electrode, internal reference solution, electrode bulb, glass rod, external reference electrode, external reference solution, liquid interface, shell, electrode cap, electrode lead and socket.The workmanship of each part of the ASP300 series electrode is very delicate.
ASP300 series pH electrodes are widely used and can be used in general industrial environments. It is most commonly used in the pretreatment of water in reverse osmosis systems, recovery systems, cooling towers, scrubbers, and factory sewage treatment systems.
However, for different environments, the chemical composition, flow rate, temperature, pH range and pollutant level must be considered to determine the most suitable pH electrode.

This plastic-cased pH electrode has mounting threads on both ends, and the size is 1-inch NPT, which is easy to install and suitable for different environments.
