PPS 2000mV ORP Sensor ORP Electrode With Annular Platinum Detection Head
Introduction and advantages:
The composite ORP electrode adopts an annular platinum detection head with high-performance PPS plastic shell, resist high temperature, resist corrosion. The ORP range is ±2000mV. The pressure range of the ORP electrode is 0~4bar.
The structure of the sensor is firm. The ORP sensor has mounting threads at the beginning and end, easy to install.
The reference of the ORP sensor ASR401V-D10-A uses large-area annular multihole Teflon diaphragm. The advantage of porous Teflon diaphragms is the fast permeation rate and quick response, and the material is not easy to clog and easy to clean.
the reference system is designed of the double salt bridge. The reference electrode is Ag/AgCl, filled saturated KCL+ excess KCL crystals.
The ORP electrode is equipped with a protective sleeve with its own cleaning port, so the user can quickly access the automatic cleaning system and save time.
This ORP probe is equipped with a standard 10-meter low noise lead.
1. Water treatment monitoring: drinking water, surface water source water quality, groundwater, environmental protection sewage discharge monitoring, urban drainage pipe network monitoring, etc.
2. Industrial process monitoring and dosing control management: chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, food and medicine, electroplating, PCB manufacturing, etc.

At the microscopic level, each different substance has a certain oxidation-reduction capacity, and these substances with different redox properties are able to interact with each other, which ultimately constitutes a certain macroscopic redox property. The so-called redox potential is used to reflect the macroscopic oxidation-reduction properties of all substances reacting out of aqueous solution. The higher the redox potential, the stronger the oxidation, and the lower the potential, the weaker the oxidation. A positive potential means that the solution shows a certain oxidation, while a negative potential means that the solution shows a reduction.
