ABS 1500mV ORP Electrode ORP Probe Sensor For Waste Water Treatment
Introduction and advantages:
This is an ORP composite electrode with a reinforced ABS plastic housing for a very strong structure. To facilitate user installation, the ORP sensor has mounting threads at the beginning and end.
The ORP electrode is equipped with a protective sleeve with its own cleaning port, so the user can quickly access the automatic cleaning system and save time.
Adopt flat platinum detection head, easy to clean and polish, improve measurement accuracy.
The reference of the ORP sensor ASR300V-D10-A uses a large-area annular multihole Teflon diaphragm. The advantage of it is the fast permeation rate and quick response, and the material is not easy to clog and easy to clean.
Design of double salt bridge for reference system. The reference electrode is Ag/AgCl, filled KCL solid gel. It has the advantage of low maintenance and suitable for online measurements in demanding applications.
This ORP probe is equipped with a standard 10-meter low noise lead.
Applications:
1. Water treatment monitoring: drinking water, surface water source water quality, groundwater, environmental protection sewage discharge monitoring, urban drainage pipe network monitoring, etc.

Suggestions:
The Redox electrode is a precious metal electrode. It is used for potential measurements and at the same time cannot participate in chemical reaction processes. It means the electrode should be subjected to chemical shocks. Therefore, only precious metals such as platinum, gold or silver can be used here.
