4-20MA Or RS485 Residual Chlorine Sensor CS4 With Flow Cell For Sewage Water Treatment
The film-coated online residual chlorine sensor is a sensor used to monitor the concentration of residual chlorine in water. It is usually used in water treatment, swimming pool monitoring, drinking water quality control and other fields.
The principle of film covering method: film covering method sensors use special thin film materials, which react with residual chlorine and generate electrical signals. This principle can realize the detection of residual chlorine with high sensitivity.
High sensitivity: film-coated sensors usually have high sensitivity and can detect very low concentrations of residual chlorine, which is very important for water quality monitoring and treatment.
Real-time monitoring: This sensor can monitor the concentration of residual chlorine in water in real time, discover and deal with water quality problems in time, and help ensure the safety and stability of water quality.
Digital Output: Many film-coated sensors have a digital output that can transmit data directly to a monitoring system or computer for easy data logging and analysis.
Can run online: The sensor can run online for a long time without frequent maintenance, reducing the workload of operators.
High stability: This type of sensor usually has high stability and long-term reliability, and can work under various environmental conditions.
Advantage:
Fast Response: Film-coated sensors are usually able to quickly respond to changes in residual chlorine concentration in a short period of time, helping to take timely measures to maintain water quality.
Low Maintenance Costs: Sensors are relatively low maintenance because they do not require frequent replacement of sensing elements or consumables.
Long Life: These sensors typically have a long life, lasting for many years without frequent replacement.
High precision: film-coated sensors usually have high precision and can provide accurate measurement results of residual chlorine concentration.
Automation Integration: They can be easily integrated into automated water treatment systems for automated water quality monitoring and regulation.
