The pH ORP controller APX1-G2A is an instrument that continuously monitors the pH and ORP of a solution. It is used for continuous measurement of industrial processes and has both alarm and control functions. The pH of the neutral solution is 7, the pH of the acidic solution is less than 7, and the pH of the alkaline solution is greater than 7. By measuring the pH value of the wastewater, it is possible to determine the current pH of the solution, and then determine the amount of neutralizer to choose and how much to choose, so that the wastewater treatment process can be more clear.

Q1. Does the instrument have a self-diagnostic function and how does it prompt?
A: The pH meter has self-diagnosis function.When the instrument is in calibration and maintenance,it can diagnose the PH/ORP sensor,if there is improper operation or poor PH/ORP sensor characteristics, the screen makes an image display and advises the user to re-maintain or replace the sensor.
Q2. What are the special advantages of the pH instruments?
A: The instrument can not only compensate the temperature of the test sample by connecting the temperature sensor, but also self-check the working temperature of the instrument in real time. When the working temperature of the instrument changes, the instrument compensates the hardware change caused by the temperature drift.
